またツアーキャンセル・変更・払い戻しが成立した場合、付属するライブチケットも無効となりますので、ライブチケットのみを使用することは出来かねます。

※本ツアーでお渡しするグッズは、後日ALPHAZ会員限定で販売する可能性がございます。
※本ツアーではバゲージキャリーサービスはございません。受付での荷物のお預かりはいたしかねますので、スーツケース等の大きなお荷物は、事前に宿泊ホテルのフロントへお預けいただくことをおすすめいたします。
※イベント当日にデジタル会員証にて会員認証を行います。代表者、同伴者ともにイベント当日に会員期限が切れている場合はご参加いただけませんのでご注意ください。
※開催公演の出演メンバーは変更になる場合があります。その際の払い戻しは行いません。
※公演チケットの取り扱い、その他注意事項は公演日程・チケット情報ページに掲載内容に準じますので合わせてご確認ください。
※写真撮影・映像撮影を行った場合、FCサイト、SNS等の宣伝に使用させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※「ALPHAZ全有料会員抽選予約受付」当落発表後、決済処理エラーやキャンセル等で当選枠に空きが出た場合は、本ツアーにご応募された方を対象に繰り上げ当選のご連絡をさせていただく場合がございます。
ご案内は応募時にご登録いただいたメールアドレス宛てに3月21日（金）以降、順次当選者の方にご連絡いたします。
繰り上げ当選のご連絡を受けた方は指定された期日までにご旅行代金のお支払いをお願いいたします。
期日までにお支払が確認できない場合当選無効となり、当選権利はなくなりますので、ご了承ください。
※出演者に対してのプレゼント、祝い花、スタンド花等はお受けしておりません。会場に届いた場合や、メンバー、スタッフへの直接のお渡しもお断りさせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

＜Important notes＞
* Details regarding the ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ held outside of Japan and the available package tours will be announced as soon as they are determined.
* Reservations are not on a first-come, first-served basis. Winners will be selected via a fair and impartial lottery conducted among all those who apply during the reservation period.
* If the information entered on the application, such as membership number or email address, does not match the membership information you registered with in the "ALPHAZ" app, you will be disqualified from the lottery.
You can check and edit your membership information from the Hamburger button > SETTINGS > Member Information in the ALPHAZ app. Please make sure to unify your information within the application period.
* It is possible for both the representative person and the accompanying guest to apply at the same time, but only one application will be accepted in case of selection.
* Please be aware that if you are selected as a winner, you will not be able to make changes to attendees.
* You must apply for a 2-person room as a group. Applications for only 1 person (for shared rooms) are prohibited.
* If you wish to change the number of participants or the course, please cancel your application and reapply within the application period. If you wish to cancel your application, please contact us using the Inquiry Form.
* It is possible to apply for the fan club pre-sale ticket lottery at the same time as the global package. However, including applications for accompanying guests, there will be no duplicate selections, and you will only pay for the ticket you have been selected for.
* The lottery results will be sent to the email address registered at the time of application.
* The transfer (including resale) of tickets and packages obtained via the global package to a third party is prohibited.
* Please be aware that refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or delays in attendance due to personal circumstances.
* Please be sure to select your first to third choices when applying.
* This ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ will not allow you to choose your hotel. The hotel will be selected by drawing from the grade for which you have won. The hotel you have been selected for will be listed in the winning e-mail, so please check the e-mail before making your payment.
* No claims or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances for the selected hotel.
* Specific requests for non-smoking or smoking rooms at the hotels scheduled for this tour will not be accepted.
* ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merchandise is planned to be handed out at the venue only on the day of the event. Please note that if you are unable to attend the event, we cannot hand out the merchandise at a later date or ship it individually. Please note that exchanges of damaged or defective items will only be made at the venue on the day of the event.
* ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ SEAT tickets and other expenses, including settlement fees (35,000JPY), included in the global package are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable for any reason whatsoever.
* Cancellation, change, or refund of the tour after winning the global package will be for the amount excluding ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ SEAT tickets and other expenses, including settlement fees (35,000JPY). Refund of the tour fee will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy set forth by HIS.
When a tour cancellation, change, or refund is approved, the concert tickets will also become invalid. The use of concert tickets only is not possible.
* Please note that we will not be able to provide you any other tour merchandise that come with the global package either.
* Concert tickets included in the global package tour will be available at a separate reception desk or at the concert venue and will not be displayed as a digital ticket on the ALPHAZ app. Please receive your ticket on the day of the event and confirm your seat number and other details.
* Concert tickets will become invalid if the applicant and attendee are confirmed to not be the same person. Please note that in such an event, a refund will not be possible.
* Contiguous seating is only available for attendees with a "2 guests / 1 room" plan. Please note that requests for contiguous seating by attendees with a "1 guest / 1 room" plan will not be accepted.
* ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ SEAT is a seat type exclusive to ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ. ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ SEAT tickets are not sold separately. Additionally, there is no option to upgrade from designated seating or other type of seats to ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ SEAT.
* Please note that the purpose of the global package is to secure ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ SEAT tickets and not to guarantee optimal seating. We will not respond to any inquiries regarding the seating.
* No claims or refunds for ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ SEAT will be accepted under any circumstances.
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets under any circumstances. Please note that tickets cannot be reissued.
* The group photo of XG&ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ participants is scheduled to be taken from the stage after the end of the rehearsal viewing.
* Details of the global package tour, the reception desk time, the location, how to receive concert tickets, original goods and group photo, and other details will be sent by email to the winners approximately one week prior to the date of the performance.
* ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merchandise is planned to be handed out at the venue. Please note that there will be no shipping of ALPHAZ GLOBAL TOURZ original merchandise, including concert tickets, ahead of time.
* The merchandise to be given out on this tour may be sold exclusively to ALPHAZ members at a later date.
* There is no luggage-carry service on this tour. Luggage drop-off is NOT available at the check-in desk. It is recommended that guests leave suitcases and other large items of luggage at the front desk of the hotel in advance.
* Member verification will be conducted via Digital member ID on the day of the performance. Please note that the group representative and any accompanying guest(s) will not be able to enter if their membership expires on the day of the event.
* The members who will perform are subject to change. Refunds will not be provided if there are such changes.
* Ticketing procedures and other important notices will be in accordance with the information indicated on the performance schedule and ticket information pages. Please refer to them for further information.
* By attending, you consent to having any photos or videos that may be taken of you used in promotions on the fanclub website, social media, etc.
* In the event of payment processing error or cancellation, additional winners may be selected from those who have applied for this tour. Winning notices will be sent via email after the announcement of the results of the pre-sale ticket lottery reservation for all paid ALPHAZ members.
Additional winners will be notified via email sent to the address registered at the time of application, starting on Friday, March 21.
If you are selected as an additional winner, please complete the payment by the end of the payment period.
Failure to complete payment by the end of the payment period will result in the nullification of your winning rights.
* We do not accept gifts such as congratulatory flowers or flower stands to the performers. Please note that we will also not accept any gifts delivered to the venue or given directly to XG members or staff.
* Please post your fan letters in the dedicated fan letter boxes located at the venue.
* Please proceed with your application only after thoroughly reading the notices and information found on the application website.
